Jon has spent 25 years building data and AI platforms at organisations including The Guardian, the Financial Times, Sony, AXA, and the UK Government. A technologist with deep roots in machine learning and large-scale data systems, he founded Isara to solve a problem he'd seen emerge across the industry: companies deploying AI agents with no real visibility into whether those agents are helping or quietly harming customer relationships. His work has increasingly centred on applying large language models to extract meaningful signals from data at scale. A hands-on practitioner as much as a strategist, he has built and managed cross-functional teams spanning product, data science, and engineering. At Isara, he heads product, turning the vision of AI-native customer intelligence into reality.
