Leadership
Jon Vaughan
Jon has spent 25 years building data and AI platforms for organisations including The Guardian, the Financial Times, Sony, AXA, and the UK Government. A technologist with deep roots in machine learning and large-scale data systems, he founded Isara to solve a problem he kept seeing across the industry: companies deploying AI agents with no real visibility into whether those agents are helping or harming customer relationships. Previously CTO at Tappa and Mocha.
Florian Baptiste
Florian is a product leader with a background in mobile and AI, having led teams at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Tempr, and Tappa. His work increasingly centres on applying large language models to extract meaningful signal from data at scale. Equal parts strategist and hands-on builder, he has assembled and led cross-functional teams spanning product, data science, and engineering. At Isara he heads product, turning AI-native customer intelligence from vision into reality.
