Professional suits growing teams, often running human and AI agents side by side, for example a scaling SaaS business, a mid-sized ecommerce brand or a fintech app. Business suits larger or multi-team operations, typically in regulated sectors, for example an iGaming operator running several brands, a payments company or a B2B platform with a dedicated customer success team. Enterprise suits organisations consistently above 42,000 conversations a month, or those needing additional languages, custom integrations or roadmap input, for example banks and large multi-market operators.

A 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You enter payment details when the trial ends, and billing is monthly.

Each plan includes a set number of conversations per month: 2,500 on Starter and 12,000 on Professional. Every conversation above that allowance is charged at $0.10

No. On Starter and Professional, we will never change your plan automatically. You stay on your plan and pay $0.10 for each additional conversation. If you regularly exceed your allowance, a higher plan may work out cheaper, and you can upgrade at any time.

You are not charged anything extra. Business has no overage fees. If your volume stays above 42,000 conversations a month for two consecutive months, we will contact you to move your account onto Enterprise.

You can set a monthly budget limit in Isara and receive email and Slack notifications before you reach it, so you stay in full control of your spend.
