Jon has spent 25 years building data and AI platforms for organisations including The Guardian, the Financial Times, Sony, AXA and the UK Government. He founded Isara to fix the visibility gap that opens when companies deploy AI agents without understanding their impact on customers.
Florian Baptiste
Florian is a product leader with a background in mobile and AI, having led teams at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Tempr and Tappa. He focuses on applying large language models to extract meaningful signal from data at scale - equal parts strategist and hands-on builder.
